About us

Jamaica Paradise Kitchen is the first Jamaican restaurant in Cypress, Texas. We specialize in serving authentic Jamaican dishes/foods with a sparkling of real island taste. Our restaurant started out as a catering service in 2015 and expanded into Jamaica Paradise Kitchen LLC. The restaurant was established to infuse Jamaican cultural food experience in the community and allow the residents to taste real Caribbean/ island food away from home.

The chefs and owners of Jamaica Paradise Kitchen are graduates of Lone Star College, Prairie View A&M, and Texas A&M University. In 2014 and 2018, they won the championship for the best Jerk Chicken in Houston, Texas. In 2019, they appeared on the Great Day Houston TV show with Deborah Duncan, Fox 26 Houston with Isaiah Carey, and 97.9 the Box Madd Hatta Morning Show.
